4. Listings and Transactions

Once a Listing is posted, it cannot be edited. If the Listing is no longer available for sale or rent, the user must delete the Listing. Upon the completion of a sale, the buyer and seller will connect directly to finalize the transaction. All transactions are strictly between the buyer and seller, and we do not intervene in these agreements.

PropNetix is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or completeness of any Listings, nor do we guarantee the availability of any listed products or services.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in any activities that are harmful, unlawful, or disruptive to the Platform or its users. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Posting illegal, counterfeit, or stolen items.
• Listing misleading or fraudulent products or services.
• Engaging in activity that violates the intellectual property rights of others.
• Posting items that are harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory in nature.
• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Platform or the accounts of other users.
• Engaging in spamming, phishing, or any other deceptive practices.

We reserve the right to remove Listings or suspend accounts that are found to be in violation of these prohibitions.

6. User Content and Intellectual Property

By posting a Listing, comment, or any other content on the Platform, you grant PropNetix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, and distribute your content within the scope of our business. This includes the right to promote your Listings on other platforms or in promotional materials.

You retain ownership of the content you post, but you acknowledge that we may use such content for marketing and promotional purposes. You also represent and warrant that the content you post does not violate the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Transactions Between Users

Any transaction made through the Platform is strictly between the buyer and seller. PropNetix is not a party to these transactions, and we do not offer any guarantees or warranties regarding the products or services listed for sale. All users should conduct due diligence and exercise caution when interacting with other users on the Platform.

In the event of a dispute, we recommend that users communicate directly to resolve the issue. If the issue persists, we may intervene in a limited capacity, but are not liable for any outcomes.
